The experience of grinding and sharpening applied on our products, has allowed the realization of the universal grinder DNS360. The high flexibility, speed in changing jobs and many other devices are designed to provide to the operator the maximum comfort. Circular shear cut knives, crush cut knives, bottom knives or multi-groove knife blocks can be sharpened with impressive fast set-up. A lay-out of the intuitive touch-screen allows you to change many parameters with a single touch.

Twenty years of grinding experience have been put into the system. A special eye was placed for fast set-ups and maximum comfort even for operators with low knowledge on machines or grinding processes. Grinding wheel direction, work-piece direction, grinding
wheel diameter, speeds, electronic wheels increment values,… etc. can be modified from the same screen shot. Windows based. Language: English.
